Sustainability

Primeproperty Group recognises that environmental responsibility is essential to a sustainable business future.

Renovating existing buildings and repurposing spaces and materials saves 50% to 75% of the embodied carbon that would be emitted by constructing a similar new building. Reusing and revitalising character aspects of our buildings is also an important part of preserving its history.

Where possible we utilise the latest green building principles in our refurbishments to give our buildings a new lease of life in a sustainable and efficient manner.

Facilities will include an onsite gym, end of trip facilities, bike parks and e-charging stations. The project has been designed to achieve a 5 star NABERS rating - the system for rating the energy efficiency of office buildings.
