It was wonderful to see our Manners Street strengthening project featured on Seven Sharp this week. We have been systematically strengthening our Wellington building portfolio to bring it as close as practicable to 100% NBS (New Building Standard). However, with our Manners Street property, we will exceed the standard and create one of the most resilient buildings in the Southern Hemisphere.
We’ve partnered with Miyamoto International New Zealand for their engineering and geotechnical expertise to develop a resilient retrofit solution. The upgrade is being led by Keyway Construction and supported by MJH Engineering.
