Work has begun to upgrade our Hamilton office tower at 500 Victoria Street to bring it up to an A-grade standard. The refurbishment will include a fully modernised HVAC system, a new lobby, end-of-trip facilities and a ground-floor cafe. We are excited to be a part of the CBD's revitalisation, to encourage people back to the office with a new modern space to work.
Completion is set for early 2025.
