Brae Watkins AREINZ, SNZPI
Head of Property Management

Brae has been in the industry for 32 years. He is highly qualified, by both his experience and professionally (AREINZ and SNZPI). During this period he has held senior roles in Project, Investment, Development consultancy and Management in the Public sector, in Privately owned companies, Listed property companies, Property Trusts and Financial Institutions in NZ. Brae is responsible for managing the extensive and varied commercial and residential property portfolio for the Group.

Tony McMillan
Facilities Manager

Tony has been with the group since 1998, joining with a building background. Tony was involved firstly in a construction role and the project management of the Apartment Complexes developed at 126, 120 and 163 The Terrace, as well as the numerous infill housing projects undertaken by Primeproperty. With the expansion of the group into owning downtown commercial office buildings he has taken on the role of Facilities Manager. With his practical background he liaises with the service providers to ensure that the buildings are functioning to the optimum and deals with day to day issues that arise with tenants.

Michele Haines
Manager of Accounts Department

For the last 6 years Michele has been responsible for managing the groups many and varied day to day accounting functions.

Ric Benitez
Planning and Design Manager

Ric is qualified as an architect in the Philippines. He has over 18 years experience in both residential and commercial development and brings a unique blend of experience in design project management and coordination of consultants to the group.

Andrew joins us having just completed the Project Management of a successful upmarket 66 unit housing development in Karori.

Antoinette Muollo-Aharoni
General Manager, Hospitality

Antoinette oversees the Hotel division of Primeproperty Group and brings a wealth of knowledge spanning over 15 years experience in the Hotel industry in both NZ and Australia.

Since joining Primeproperty Group, Antoinette has developed the successful Terrace Heights Serviced Apartments Complex. The Property was developed by PPG and at Antoinette's direction has been transformed into one of Wellington's leading serviced apartments complex.

Antoinette has extensive Hospitality experience having held many Hotel positions, from Hotel General Manager, Sales and Marketing Manager, Hotel Financial controller along with experience in Food and Beverage Management and Event co-ordination, including the famous Wellington Hotel Raffael and Ritz Carlton Hotels Sydney.
